The Tigers were blown out 74–59 on the road by Wichita State in a game that exposed every issue that has haunted this team all season. At one point, Memphis trailed by 24 points. Twenty-four. Even when they finally showed signs of life and cut the deficit to 11, the Shockers immediately slammed the door shut with a response that felt all too familiar for this season’s Tigers.
